Pasta salad with jogonaise

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g pasta (Farfalle Tricolore)
  • 250 g sausage leftovers
  • 100 g cheese (butter cheese)
  • some gherkins
  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 6 tbsp cucumber juice (pickle juice)
  • 2 packs of salad cream
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes

Sausage leftovers

First, cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, chop the leftover sausage, the buttered cheese, the gherkins, and the bell peppers into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Then add the slightly cooled pasta and mix thoroughly. Finally, combine the two packets of Jogonaise with 6 tablespoons of gherkin juice and gently stir into the pasta mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate. Serve with fresh pastries or bread.
