Pasta Salad with Pan Roast, Lettuce and Baguette
The perfect pasta salad with pan roast, lettuce and baguette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Pasta salad :
- 1 liter Salted water
- 100 g Pasta croissant
- 30 g Grated carrots
- 30 g French beans TK
- 30 g Frozen peas
- 1 Pc. Diced onion
- 1 tablespoon Freshly chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon Finely chopped parsley
- 3 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
- 1,5 tablespoon Wine vinegar
- Coarse salt
- Black pepper from the mill
Grilling :
- 2 Pc. Pan roast
- 1 Pc. Baguette (wheat)
- 0,25 Pc. Oak leaf salad dark
- 1 Pc. Cucumber
- 1 Pc. Tomato
Schlotten:
- 3 Pc. Spring onion
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
Pasta salad :
- Blanch vegetables + onions, rinse
- Boil pasta, make vinaigrette, make salad
Pan roast:
- Place on the grill or, in bad weather, simply fry in the pan.
Salad :
- Clean, wash, cut dry. Make the vinaigrette, add the chopped spring onions (Schlotten).
