Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 3 pieces of dark chocolate (min. 70% cocoa)
  • some cocoa powder or chocolate shavings or 1 piece of chocolate
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch(s) vanilla powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick hot chocolate with cinnamon and vanilla notes

First, bring the milk to a boil, while the chocolate is broken into pieces and poured into the cups. Depending on your taste or what you have on hand, add either a teaspoon of cocoa powder, a few chocolate shavings, or a single piece of milk chocolate to the cup. Add a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of vanilla powder, and then fill the cup with the boiling milk. For those with a sweet tooth, I recommend a dollop of whipped cream on top, and for those of legal age, a shot of rum or eggnog.
