Pasta salad with tuna and mandarins

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (fork phagetti)
  • 2 cans of tuna (in its own juice)
  • 2 cans of tangerine(s)
  • 1 jar soybean sprouts
  • 1 jar Miracle Whip Balance
  • 1 small onion(s) (finely chopped)
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • Soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Cook the noodles and let them cool. Meanwhile, in another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, tuna, and mandarin oranges (drain both, but feel free to save some of the juice and use it for the marinade so it won’t be so thick!) with the chopped onion to make a marinade. Add the jar of drained soybean sprouts. Once the noodles have cooled, add them to the marinade and mix well. Season with salt and pepper (to taste), cover, and let the salad marinate for a few hours. Serve with a little soy sauce when serving.
