Pasta Sauce

The perfect pasta sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 ml Sieved tomatos
  • 400 G Chunky tomatoes
  • 1 Kl Onion
  • 1 El Italian dried herbs
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Sugar
  • Sweet paprika
  1. Cut the onion into small cubes and sauté in a saucepan with a little butter.
  2. Deglaze with the strained tomatoes and the stuffy tomatoes and slowly bring to the boil over a low flame
  3. Season to taste with the spices and herbs and if you want, you can add a cube of vegetable broth.
