Pasta Sauce

- 500 ml Sieved tomatos
- 400 G Chunky tomatoes
- 1 Kl Onion
- 1 El Italian dried herbs
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- Sugar
- Sweet paprika
- Cut the onion into small cubes and sauté in a saucepan with a little butter.
- Deglaze with the strained tomatoes and the stuffy tomatoes and slowly bring to the boil over a low flame
- Season to taste with the spices and herbs and if you want, you can add a cube of vegetable broth.
