Pasta Tomato Mozzarella

The perfect pasta tomato mozzarella recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 350 g Pasta e.g. Farfalle
  • 6 Tomatoes
  • 2 piece Mozzarella
  • 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • Green olives as desired
  • Salt pepper
  • Coarse salt to sprinkle on
  • Basil
  1. 1. Briefly scald tomatoes in boiling water, peel them and cut into small cubes, remove the seeds. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes. 2. Sauté the tomatoes in a pan with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Cook the pasta “al dente”, drain and add to the tomatoes. Put the mozzarella in the pan and melt gently. Season the pasta with pepper and arrange on the plate. Garnish with olives and basil and sprinkle with salt.
