Sweet Potato Soup with Sausages

The perfect sweet potato soup with sausages recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 750 g Orange sweet potatoes
  • 1 bunch Soup vegetables
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 0,5 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 Knife point Marjoram
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1,5 liter Vegetable broth
  • 4 Pc. Sausages
  • 0,5 bunch Parsley crispy fresh
  1. Peel the potatoes, then cut them into cubes. Clean or peel, wash and dice the soup vegetables. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Heat the oil in a saucepan, fry the onion, potatoes and vegetables (except for the parsley) in it. Top up with the broth and add the spices, everything at a low temperature for about 45 minutes. Simmer, then coarsely puree the soup. Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces and warm them up in the soup. Wash the parsley, shake dry and roughly chop. Sprinkle the sweet potato soup with parsley before serving.
