Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 package of tagliatelle pasta
- 1 large can of tomatoes, peeled
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 ring/s of meat sausage
- 2 onions
- 1 strip of bacon, streaky
- e.g. Parmesan
- salt and pepper
- oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Dice the onions and bacon. Cut the sausage into pieces. Brown the bacon, sausage, and onions in a pan. Add the tomatoes and cook with the lid on until softened, stirring occasionally. Add the crème fraîche. Season well with salt, pepper, and oregano. Serve with the pasta and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
