Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g pasta
- 1 ½ liters of water
- 100 g smoked tofu
- 100 g butter
- 200 g breadcrumbs
- Salt

Cook the noodles in salted water as usual. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan and fry the cubed smoked tofu for a few minutes. Then add the breadcrumbs and brown lightly, stirring constantly. Drain the noodles and add them to the pan with the breadcrumb mixture. Mix everything well with a teaspoon of salt. Applesauce or other preserved fruit goes well with this. A good recipe when you’re in a hurry. And an absolute favorite with all the children who have eaten at my place so far. Tip: For the non-vegetarian version, replace the smoked tofu with smoked bacon.
