Spaghetti with peppers and cream cheese sauce with shrimp

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 500 g shrimp
  • ½ cup cream cheese (paprika)
  • 500 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 300 ml milk
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • e.g. chili flakes
  • e.g. basil
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Fast and incredibly tasty

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add salt, and cook spaghetti until al dente. Meanwhile, sauté the shrimp in a pan with a little oil. Finely chop or crush the garlic and sauté briefly. Add the cream cheese, tomatoes, and milk. Stir well and let it simmer slightly. Season to taste with pepper, salt, sugar, and spices or herbs. Pour the sauce over the pasta and enjoy. Your own variations are highly encouraged.
