Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of cream cheese (brunch with herbs or with paprika and pepper)
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • 100 g mushrooms, brown (chanterelles)
  • 1 large bell pepper(s), red or yellow
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 tsp, heaped paprika powder, sweet
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 200 g pasta

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the ham, bell peppers, and onion, and thinly slice the mushrooms. Add oil to a pan, fry the diced onions and bell peppers, then add the brunch cheese and simmer until smooth. Stir the ham and mushrooms into the sauce. Stir in the tomato paste and paprika. Salt and pepper aren’t really necessary, as the brunch adds the flavor. Simmer over low heat for about five minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta until al dente, drain, and stir in. Serve with a salad.
