- 300 g chanterelles (egg cream)
- 200 g pasta (spiral pasta)
- 200 g cream
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 oil
- herbal salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Pasta pan with chanterelles
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Clean the fresh chanterelles (do not wash) and chop finely. Dice the onion and sauté in a pan. Add the chanterelles and fry until they have lost their liquid. Fold in the pasta and deglaze with cream. Season with paprika, salt, pepper, and herb salt.
