Pasta with cream cheese sauce, mushrooms and ham

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized vegetable onion(s)
  • 100 g ham, diced
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 g cream cheese, also with herbs
  • 100 g spinach, frozen
  • e.g. cream
  • possibly grated cheese
  • 400 g pasta
  • butter
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Dice the onion. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Sauté the onions, diced ham, and mushrooms one after the other in a little butter. Deglaze with vegetable stock and add the spinach. Simmer everything for a bit and add the cream cheese. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and add cream or cheese to thicken, if desired. Serve with the pasta.
