Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 400g spaghetti
  • salt water
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • some oil
  • e.g. ketchup
  • e.g. mayonnaise
  • Paprika powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

It couldn’t be easier

Peel and finely chop the onions. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, add a little oil to a pan and sauté the chopped onions until translucent, then add the minced meat and fry. When the meat is cooked, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. When everything is ready, serve a portion of pasta with a few spoonfuls of minced meat on a plate and toss with ketchup and mayonnaise, if desired.
