Pasta with Fennel and Gorgonzola

The perfect pasta with fennel and gorgonzola recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Pasta
  • 2 Fennel
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 200 g Gorgonzola
  • 1 a cup Cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. Peel the onions and garlic, dice finely and sauté in the oil until translucent
  3. Cut the fennel into strips and add a little water to the onion-garlic mixture and cook for about 10 minutes until soft.
  4. Now crumble the Gorgonzola, add the cream and simmer until the cheese has melted, season everything with salt and pepper, mix with the pasta and serve.
