Pasta with Fennel and Gorgonzola

- 500 g Pasta
- 2 Fennel
- 2 Onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 200 g Gorgonzola
- 1 a cup Cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Peel the onions and garlic, dice finely and sauté in the oil until translucent
- Cut the fennel into strips and add a little water to the onion-garlic mixture and cook for about 10 minutes until soft.
- Now crumble the Gorgonzola, add the cream and simmer until the cheese has melted, season everything with salt and pepper, mix with the pasta and serve.
