Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200g spaghetti
- 1 avocado(s)
- ½ pack of feta cheese
- 100 ml cream
- some basil
- lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- oil
- Water (salt water)

Peel and pit the avocado, and mash it in a bowl (leaving some of the chunky pieces). Pour in 1/2 cup of cream, season generously with salt and pepper, and add a generous squeeze of lemon juice. Also, tear the basil and add it. Mix everything together. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions and drain. Add a little oil to the hot pot (walnut oil is delicious) and melt the feta cheese slightly. Then add the avocado cream, stir everything thoroughly, and heat through. Then add the pasta. A salad makes a great side dish.
