Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 garlic cloves
- 500 ml vegetable broth or chicken broth
- 250 ml milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 250g pasta
- 100 g Parmesan, grated
- salt and pepper
- oil
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Press or finely chop the garlic. Add a splash of oil to the pan and sauté the garlic. Once it appears slightly translucent, add the milk, butter, and stock (approximately two teaspoons of stock to 500 ml water) and bring to a simmer. Then add the pasta, season with salt, and pepper. Continue simmering over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the liquid has been absorbed by the pasta and the pasta is al dente. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and parsley and serve.
