Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g macaroni
- 400 ml milk
- 400 g cheese, grated
- 300 g cream cheese
- 100 g bacon, streaky, diced
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
Macaroni in cheese sauce from the slow cooker
Add all ingredients, except the bacon, one at a time to the slow cooker, stir briefly, season to taste, and cook on low for 2.5 hours. If you prefer a creamier texture, you can use less milk. Just before the end of the cooking time, brown the bacon, drain on paper towels, and add it to the slow cooker.
