Pasta with yogurt and feta cheese sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ onion(s), finely diced
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 100 g minced beef
  • 100 g pasta (e.g. penne or spaghetti)
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 100 g sheep’s cheese
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water. Meanwhile, brown the minced meat in olive oil until crumbly. Add the onion and garlic and fry on low heat until the onions are a nice golden color. Season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika. Crumble the feta cheese into the pan and stir. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the yogurt. Serve the sauce with the pasta.
