Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g salmon (wild salmon, frozen)
- 200g spaghetti
- salt water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 250 ml white wine
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- some dill, fresh or dried
- some olive oil
- e.g. Parmesan
- possibly pine nuts

quick, super delicious recipe
First, finely dice the onion and chop the garlic. Then heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent. Season the salmon on both sides with salt and pepper, add to the pan with the onions, and sear on both sides. Deglaze with white wine and simmer covered for about 15 minutes over medium heat. Meanwhile, prepare the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions. Shred the salmon with a fork, stir in the sour cream, and heat through again. Season with salt, pepper, and dill to taste. Drain the spaghetti and serve on a plate with the salmon sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Tip: I also toasted pine nuts and sprinkled them over the salmon; they tasted delicious.
