Bacon-wrapped feta cheese on lamb's lettuce

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bowl of lamb’s lettuce
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • n. B. Bacon
  • Vinegar
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs (salad herbs)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and trim the lamb’s lettuce. Cut the feta cheese into 5 pieces and wrap them in bacon so the feta cheese is no longer visible. Briefly fry them in a pan on all sides. Season the lamb’s lettuce with vinegar, oil, pepper, salt, and salad greens to taste. Arrange on a plate with the feta cheese and serve. I’ve specified this recipe for 2 servings as a starter. However, I usually eat it as a main course, so it’s just enough for me on its own.
