Pasta with sausage sauce

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 m.-large meat sausage
  • 500 g pasta
  • 1 pack of sauce powder (gravy)
  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 small bunch of spring onions, cut into rings
  • some salt and pepper
  • some paprika powder
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very easy when things need to be done quickly

Cook the pasta as usual until al dente. Dice the sausage and fry in a little oil in a pan. Add the spring onions and fry briefly. Add the water and stir in the gravy. Bring to a boil and add the tomato paste until the sauce thickens enough. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Mix the sauce with the pasta.
