Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300g pasta
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 bunches of basil
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 60 g sesame seeds, peeled (white)
- 60 g pumpkin seeds
- 4 cloves garlic
- ml water
- 1 tbsp vegetable broth, instant
- some salt and pepper
- Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta. Pluck the basil leaves and parsley from the stems and roughly chop them with the sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, and garlic in a food processor or finely chop everything by hand. Add olive oil, water, and vegetable stock powder and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
