Pasta with smoked salmon sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400g penne
  • salt and pepper
  • 150 g salmon (smoked salmon)
  • 2 thin spring onions
  • 150 g cream
  • 150 ml milk
  • 150 ml orange juice
  • Water (salt water)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Cut the smoked salmon into thin strips. Slice the spring onion into thin rings. Bring the cream, milk, and orange juice to a boil. Stir in the smoked salmon and season the sauce with salt and pepper. Briefly heat the spring onions in the sauce. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce.
