Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g pasta
- 150 g creamed spinach, frozen
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp cream cheese with herbs
- 3 slices of mozzarella
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta with a pinch of salt. Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic and sauté it in a little olive oil. Then add the frozen spinach. Simmer on low heat for about 5-10 minutes. Add the herb cream cheese and a pinch of pepper, and season to taste. Drain the pasta, toss with the spinach, and then top with the mozzarella.
