Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 10 medium-sized egg yolks
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 400 g whipped cream
  • 200 ml white rum
  • 4 tsp flavoring (vanilla)

Great as a gift

Beat the egg yolks and powdered sugar with the whisk attachment on a hand mixer for about 10 minutes on high speed until creamy. Add the cream and beat for about 7 minutes more. Stir in the rum and vanilla extract for about 3 minutes. Bottle and keep refrigerated. Shake the liqueur well before serving. The liqueur is best served in 2 cl glasses.
