Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 2 cans of tomatoes, pureed
- 70 g tomato paste
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 shot of balsamic vinegar
- 1 pack of pasta
- salt and pepper
- oil
- Maggi
- Flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Heat a little oil in another pot. Dice the onion and sauté it with the flour. Then add a generous splash of balsamic vinegar, stir, and brown the minced meat. Stir in the tomato paste and passata. Season to taste with salt, pepper, Maggi, and a little more balsamic vinegar.
