Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 zucchini
- 3 mushrooms
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 200 ml cream
- Salt
- pepper
- Oil, for sautéing
- 250 g pasta
- possibly sauce thickener
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Chop the bell peppers, zucchini, and mushrooms and sauté them in a little oil. After about 5 minutes, add the broth and simmer for another 3-4 minutes. Gradually stir in the cream and simmer until the vegetables are tender. Season the sauce and thicken with a thickener, if desired. Serve with the pasta.
