Strawberries on cream cheese frosting

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 8 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 2 bags of cream stiffener

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and hull the strawberries, and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff peaks form. Beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar until creamy, then mix with the cream. Ladle the cream into bowls, top with the strawberries, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
