Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 500 g yogurt
  • Salt
  • Mint, dried
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Lebanese summer dish

Cook the pasta in salted water al dente according to the package instructions. Peel the garlic cloves and press them through a press. Then mix well with the yogurt and season with salt and mint, if desired. Drain the pasta and toss it with the yogurt sauce. Serve immediately.
