Pasta with zucchini and tuna

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pasta
  • 1 m.-large zucchini
  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick, easy, delicious

Boil the pasta (add plenty of salt to the water). Dice the zucchini, add the tuna to the pan with oil (you may need to tear it apart a bit first), sear, then add the zucchini and sear briefly, but it should still be crunchy. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta, add the tuna and zucchini mixture, mix well, and you’re done!
