Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 150 g sour cream
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • Oregano, shredded
  • 125 g salami or ham
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 12 slices of toast
  • 100 g cheese, grated (Gouda)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Toast – Pizza

Preheat the oven to 220°C (200°C fan-assisted). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk the sour cream with the egg and season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Dice the salami or ham or cut into thin strips. Wash and slice the tomatoes, removing the stems. Arrange the slices of toast on the baking sheet. Spread the sour cream on the bread. Sprinkle with ham or salami. Arrange the tomatoes on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake the bread on the middle rack of the oven for about 15 minutes.
