Pati's ham salad with yogurt dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g ham, cooked
  • 1 m.-large onion(s), red
  • 2 bulbs garlic, red
  • 2 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 1 medium-sized egg(s), hard-boiled
  • 4 cucumber sticks, sliced
  • n. B. herbs (parsley, chives)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar essence
  • 2 tsp Balsamic vinegar, rosso
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp yogurt 1.5%
  • 1 pinch(s) sugar (or dashes of liquid sweetener)
  • n. B. water
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

quickly prepared and heartily delicious

Whisk all the dressing ingredients together vigorously, adding water if desired! Cut the cooked ham into small strips, slice the onions, garlic, and cucumbers into thin slices. Finally, fold in the hard-boiled egg and finely chopped tomatoes. Now mix with the dressing and sprinkle with the fresh herbs.
