Ingredients
 

  • 1 small Diced onion
  • 1 tbsp Ham cubes
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Potato
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Spring onions fresh, cut
  • 1 Fresh leek
  • 1 can Pea stew
  • 200 ml Meat broth with meat cubes
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 1 bunch Chopped parsley until smooth

Instructions
 

  • Peel the potato and carrot and cut into small cubes. Cut the leek and spring onion into small slices.
  • Fry the onion and ham cubes in hot oil, add the potato and carrot cubes, also the leek and spring onion slices ... then fry briefly and fill up with the good homemade meat broth and pre-cook for about 15 minutes (with lid).
  • Mix the canned pea stew with the soup mixture and frozen peas, bring to the boil again, season to taste and serve sprinkled with parsley.
