Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g broccoli
- 1 jar feta cheese, diced, pickled in oil
- 1 onion(s), red
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- Sugar
- Salt
- Pepper, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the broccoli into florets and cook in salted water for about 8 minutes (do not overcook them!). Let cool slightly. Slice the onion into rings. Make a sauce with some of the feta marinade and vinegar, season with sugar, salt, and pepper, and stir in the broccoli, onions, and feta cubes. If you want a little more color, add diced red bell peppers. It’s quick and delicious with grilled food.
