  • 1 small apple
  • 1 peach(s)
  • 4 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 tsp, heaped honey

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well. Enjoy on its own or in cereal instead of milk.
