Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g peach(s)
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 250 g quark
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 125 ml whipped cream
  • 1 bag of cream stiffener

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Briefly place the peaches in boiling water, but do not allow to boil. Then, rinse in cold water, peel, halve, pit, and quarter. Then, puree the peaches with the milk using an electric hand mixer or a blender. Stir in the quark, sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice. Whip the cream for 30 seconds. Whisk continuously, adding the cream stabilizer. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Finally, stir the peach-quark mixture into the whipped cream.
