Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1,300 g peach(s), approx. 10 pieces, pitted
- 600 g banana(s), peeled
- 650 g onion(s)
- 400 ml vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 500 g brown sugar
- 3 tsp curry
- 2 tsp coriander
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp mustard seeds, ground
- 2 peppers, red
- 2 chili peppers, dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Pit, peel, and dice the peaches. Slice the bananas. Dice the onions. Add the spices and vinegar and simmer over medium heat for about 1 1/2 hours until thickened. Pour into sterilized jars while still hot.
