Crispy vegetable dip

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g quark
  • 150 g cream cheese (Bresso)
  • 150 g cottage cheese
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • ½ bunch radishes
  • 3 spring onions
  • Lemon juice, to taste
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Grate the carrot and radishes. Finely slice the spring onions. Mix with the quark, cottage cheese, and Bresso, and season with the remaining ingredients. This dip tastes delicious with potatoes, as a sandwich topping, or for dipping fresh vegetables. Even if you don’t like cottage cheese, you should still try it. I can’t stand cottage cheese and I love this dip!
