Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 220 g peach(s) (can)
- 100 g brown sugar
- 70 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml egg liqueur
- 2 cl oil
- 120 g ground walnuts
- 180 g flour
- 10 g baking powder

Shape – marble/crusti from VEMMiNA
Puree the peaches, beat the eggs and both sugars and vanilla until creamy, add the egg liqueur, pour in the oil, mix the walnuts, flour with the baking powder, and finally, blend the pureed peaches. Baking time: at 160°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 50 minutes (in the VEMMiNA pan, otherwise bake for approximately 20% longer).
