Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 packs of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup oil
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 3 cups of cream
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 3 packs of cream stiffener
- 2 cans of peaches
- 400 ml passion fruit juice
- 2 packs of sauce powder (no-cook vanilla sauce)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 hours; Total time approx. 15 hours 15 minutes
Fresh summer cake
Mix the custard powder with eggs, sugar, oil, and baking powder to form a batter and spread it on a baking sheet. Bake for approximately 15 minutes at 180°C, then let it cool. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff and spread it on the cooled cake. Drain the peaches, cut them into small pieces, and spread them on the cream. Mix the passion fruit juice with the vanilla sauce powder to form a cream and spread it on the peaches. Chill and enjoy cold – a wonderful summer refreshment!
