Peach curd with fresh peaches

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 3 peaches, ripe and fresh
  • some milk, low-fat
  • e.g. sugar or sweetener
  • 4 tbsp bran (oat or wheat bran), optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Low-fat dessert or snack, optionally with oat or wheat bran.

Wash the peaches. Slice half a peach for decoration and sweeten if desired. Chop the remaining peaches into small pieces and sweeten if desired. Blend the quark with the milk until smooth. Add the peaches and—if desired—sugar or sweetener and stir. Optionally, you can now stir in wheat or oat bran. Place the peach slices you saved for decoration on top. This is a delicious and relatively quick dessert or snack with little fat and fresh fruit instead of canned fruit.
