Peach dessert with curds and sour cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g sour milk
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1 peach(s), fresh
  • 40 g amaretti biscuits

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whisk the sour cream with the sour cream and sugar until smooth. Wash, pit, and dice the peach. Place the amaretti biscuits, crumbled if desired, into the bottom of the glasses. Mix the peach cubes with the cream and place them on top of the amaretti biscuits.
