Peach dessert

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can peach(s)
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 g mascarpone
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Roughly chop the peaches and place them in a bowl along with 2/3 of the canning liquid. Blend. Add the milk and mascarpone and blend briefly again. Season with lemon juice, if desired. Serve chilled. If you like, you can use more mascarpone instead of the milk and freeze the whole thing. This will make a delicious ice cream.
