Peach layered yogurt with crunchy topping

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 half peaches from the can
  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp, heaped oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp, heaped almonds, ground
  • 2 tsp honey, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 11 minutes

First, heat a small pan and caramelize the oats, ground almonds, and honey for about a minute while stirring, then set aside. Canned peaches are usually halved, and three are finely pureed for each serving. If you like, you can also cut one half into small pieces. Stir the yogurt thoroughly. Then alternate the yogurt and peach puree in a container, preferably a clear one. Finally, top with the nut and oat mixture. This recipe is quick to prepare and can also be made deliciously with soy yogurt.
