Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 4 slices of salami or ham
  • 8 tbsp sauce (Napoli, from the jar)
  • Mozzarella
  • some olive oil
  • some pizza seasoning or basil seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Spread the sauce on the toast slices and top with either salami or ham. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Then bake on the oven rack at approximately 200 degrees Celsius for about 8 to 10 minutes (depending on taste; some people prefer their cheese crispy). Remove from the oven and season with a few drops of olive oil and the seasoning.
