Peach on cream cheese frosting

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 ml cream
  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 4 tbsp dessert sauce (strawberry sauce)
  • 2 tbsp almond flakes
  • 4 half peach(s) from the can

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff. Beat the cream cheese with the milk, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth. Fold in the cream. Divide the mixture among 4 dessert bowls and place a peach half, cut-side down, on top of each. Spread the strawberry sauce over the peaches and garnish with flaked almonds.
