Peach with cream cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can peach(s) or 4 fresh, blanched and skinned
  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp curry powder, slightly roasted, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

super quick starter or dessert

Drain the peaches and slice them slightly to make them stand upright. Mix the cream cheese with the curry and a little peach juice to create a cream that isn’t too runny. Using a piping bag, pipe rosettes of cream into the peach halves. A delicious treat is ready.
