Peaches with yogurt sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of sliced ​​peaches (850ml)
  • some lemon juice or peach juice
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 300 g mild yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 100 g whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the peaches in a sieve, reserving the juice. Place the drained peach slices in glass bowls. Season the yogurt with lemon or peach juice and stir in the vanilla sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Pour the yogurt sauce over the peach slices and serve.
