Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g peanut butter, crunchy or smooth
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 1 point vanilla flavor
  • 5 tbsp sugar, maybe a little less, adjust the amount to your needs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Beat the cream cheese with the peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold in. Pour into a bowl and chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
